  • 2- 8oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, rice, onion, garlic, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  2. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.
  3. In a large skillet, brown Gluten Free Porcupine Meatballs, turning frequently.

Skillet Cooking Method for Gluten Free Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Add water and tomato sauce to the skillet.
  2. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  3. Uncover and let rest 10 minutes. Sauce will thicken slightly.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cover with tomato sauce and water.
  3. Cook 2-3 hours on high, 8-10 hours on low.

These sound delicious! I'm living on my own right now, and a few these would be a great addition to a bowl of gluten free pasta. I was wondering if these freeze well, since that would make my life even easier.
